White-tailed Kite

White-tailed Kite (Elanus caeruleus); long pointed wings,
mostly white tail and white underparts on the adults. The Juvenile will
have lightly rufous-streaked underparts and head. Black shoulders from
above and small black patches from below. Hovers while hunting. Eats mainly
rodents and insects.
